Project Financial Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Project Financial Advisor to join our client's team in Armagh, Northern Ireland. This is a 6-12 month contract with potential for extension and permanence.

The successful candidate will provide cost management advice to a diverse team and contribute to the development of cost plans. You will be responsible for ensuring effective cost management and delivery of Major and Minor capital works, while working closely with the Client's Senior Management Team.

To be considered for this role, you should have a Degree or higher in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of three years' experience in providing full-range Quantity Surveying services. Alternatively, you could be a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS or FRICS) with two years' relevant experience or possess five years' demonstrable experience in Quantity Surveying.

A strong understanding of NEC contracts, Compensation Events, and budget estimation is essential. You will also need to demonstrate your ability to work effectively with stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.

The annual salary for this position is £40,428, along with a range of benefits.
