Responsibilities
The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in the following responsibilities:
  1. Preparation and submission of valuations
  2. Collating variation quotations
  3. Procurement and management of sub-contractor accounts
  4. Collating and administering subcontractor documents
  5. Review of main contract documents & provide contractual advice to the project team
  6. Preparation of Monthly CVR/Cost Reports and final accounts
  7. Value engineering & risk management control

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a degree qualification and at least 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor. You should also have experience working on fit-out and/or refurbishment projects. Strong commercially astute skills and IT knowledge are essential for this role.
