  • Issuing new money claims, enforcement proceedings and family applications;
  • Dealing with customer queries by phone, email, or in person at the court counter;
  • Updating electronic court records and manual files with all documents received;
  • Clerking attended court hearings and hosting remote hearings on Microsoft Teams.
