Full-Time Administrative Officer

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Officer to join our team at the Magistrates court in Bradford. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for various tasks, including working as part of a flexible team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issuing new money claims, enforcement proceedings and family applications
- Providing administrative support for customer queries, including dealing with queries by phone, email, or in person at the court counter
- Updating electronic court records and manual files with all documents received
- Clerking attended court hearings and hosting remote hearings on Microsoft Teams
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and confidence when speaking to the general public, the legal profession, and the judiciary
- Good numerical ability and familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and basic accounting
Salary Details:
The estimated salary for this role is £59 per hour rising to £11.88 per hour, with 37 hours worked per week. This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.
