Office Administrator

Enthusiastic Office Administrator required to join one of the country’s leading designers and manufacturers of office furniture. Based in our Skipton head office the role involves supporting various departments within the company with administration and reporting tasks.
The role:
- Working within Sage 200 to process transactions
- Utilising existing Excel spreadsheets to process data
- Maintaining existing Excel reports
- Presenting up to date, accurate and relevant information in a straightforward manner
- Assisting with maintaining correct and current information with Sage 200 system
- General administrative duties
- Previous experience with Sage200 preferable
- Knowledge of Excel required including VLookUp
- Pivot Table knowledge preferable
- Flexible approach with a “can do” attitude
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and a fast learner
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines under pressure
- Friendly and dependable
- Effectively communicate with other team members and departments
Full time or part time hours will be considered
Full time hours - 37.5 Hours per week, Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with a 30 minute lunch break
Competitive salary dependant on experience
