Computershare Loan Services (CLS) is a single-source provider of mortgage services based in Skipton. This is an exciting opportunity to join the AML and Fraud team.

As an Anti-Money Laundering & Fraud Administrator you will join a well-established team, providing a great platform to begin your career in Financial Crime prevention. In this role you will be providing administrative support to the AML & Fraud Team in the prevention, detection and investigation of cases of financial crime against CLS and clients, including money laundering, theft, fraud and bribery and corruption.

**What Key Responsibilities will you have?**
- Investigate and where appropriate escalate to the Financial Crime Management Team and clients, all matches against Politically Exposed Persons lists and financial sanctions lists and notifications.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team - team rota production, recording of team meeting minutes, produce reports of high-risk cases requiring review.
- Produce downloads from core AML systems for production of monthly client MI packs.
- Liaise with law enforcement and other government agencies, providing appropriate responses to legal orders and other requests for information or documentation within specified timelines
- Timely communication / escalation of relevant issues to the team management
- Ensure Compliance and adherence to all Company policies and procedures

**What will you bring to the role?**

We are looking for someone who is interested in beginning their career in Financial Crime. Some other key competencies are outlined below:

- Basic knowledge of money laundering regulations, The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and JMLSG Guidance.
- Understanding of mortgage products across CLS clients and how they were processed and administered post sale.
- Familiarity and competence with CLS systems from all heritages.
- Ability to manage own workload.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and achieve strict deadlines.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
