About the Role

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced National Service Sales Manager to join our HVAC team in Building Technologies and Solutions.

This leadership position will oversee a team of dedicated Service Sales Executives, focusing on managing a direct-to-end-user and facilities management route to market.

As National Service Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to coach, guide, and shape the existing team to win new business and expand existing contracts across other JCI service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a team of Service Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
  2. Build internal and external relationships to develop and expand the portfolio
  3. Provide forecasting to the Head of Sales and regular performance updates
  4. Develop and execute the Service Sales strategy with other Sales and Operational leaders

Requirements

  1. Previous Service Sales Management experience
  2. Strong coaching skills
  3. Track record of Service contract growth
  4. Strong communicator with a proven track record of developing sales professionals within a commercial environment
  5. Ability to manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  6. Excellency in verbal and written communication skills
  7. CRM experience
  8. Preferred background in FM
