National Sales Strategist

Harrington Recruitment is seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our national sales strategy. As a National Sales Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives
- Identify and pursue high-value business-to-business opportunities in key target markets
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and drive sector growth through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while optimizing sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Liaise closely with executive management and colleagues to foster a positive company culture and collaborative work environment
- Utilize Sage CRM to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making
- Promote cross-functional collaboration with marketing teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns
- Represent Harrington Recruitment at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership
- Manage and report on the sales budget to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in sales, preferably within the diagnostics industry, with a proven track record of over-achievement
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and ability to leverage them effectively for reporting and opportunity management
- A commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location and level of responsibility.
