Harrington Recruitment is seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our national sales strategy. As a National Sales Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives
  2. Identify and pursue high-value business-to-business opportunities in key target markets
  3. Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and drive sector growth through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills
  4. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while optimizing sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  5. Liaise closely with executive management and colleagues to foster a positive company culture and collaborative work environment
  6. Utilize Sage CRM to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making
  7. Promote cross-functional collaboration with marketing teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns
  8. Represent Harrington Recruitment at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership
  9. Manage and report on the sales budget to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 1 year's experience in sales, preferably within the diagnostics industry, with a proven track record of over-achievement
  2. Strong business acumen, excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  3. Working knowledge of CRM systems and ability to leverage them effectively for reporting and opportunity management
  4. A commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location and level of responsibility.
