About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Field Sales Manager to head up our National field sales function and manage our key account.

This role requires a strategic leader with strong communication skills and a proven track record in field sales management.

You will be responsible for overseeing Key Accounts, ensuring that all sales activities align with client expectations, and driving performance across both regional and territory teams.

Key responsibilities will include sales strategy development, team management, and performance improvement.

This role will be a hybrid between head office and being out in the field with Regional and Territory Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement national sales strategies that align with overall business objectives and client requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of Territory Managers and Regional Managers to achieve sales targets.
  • New Starter Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring they have a clear pathway to reach set targets during the onboarding period.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop performance improvement plans for Territory Managers and Regional Managers.
About You
  • Proven experience as a National Field Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to demonstrate a proven ability to lead and motivate a large team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Able to develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall business objectives and client requirements.
