Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Marken Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed customer expectations.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  4. Analyze data and insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and leadership to ensure alignment and progress toward goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  2. Experience managing a Customer Service function.
  3. Understanding of Central Lab and Clinical Trial supplies industry desired.
  4. Ability to think strategically and to lead.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  7. Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
  8. Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring.
  9. Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
