We are looking for a skilled Construction Document Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in document management and excellent communication skills.

This role involves working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely submission, review of documents, and that all documents comply with company standards and project requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain an electronic filing system for easy retrieval of documents with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  2. Issue project documentation including technical submittals, benchmarks, samples, builders work requests, drawings, models, and design information to the client via project EDMS.
  3. Download and log all documentation issues to Phoenix via the client's EDMS to Project SharePoint.
  4. Update all schedules within project reports daily, when documentation has been issued or we have received comments/status' back on documents.
Estimated Salary: $67,000 per year
