Documentation Quality Assurance Expert

uWorkin is seeking a skilled Documentation Quality Assurance Expert to support our document management process and ensure high-quality documentation.

- Ensure quality assurance of documentation, verifying it meets required standards and has followed verification and approval procedures.
- Promote new ways of working for asset management systems, gathering information from project teams and coordinating activities.
- Conduct audits to ensure documents meet required attributes and are consistent with Functional Location Codes.
- Collaborate with OEM suppliers to verify documentation submission and adherence to standards.
- Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including user management, folder organization, permissions, and workflow configuration.
We're looking for a Certified Document Controller with a keen eye for detail and a passion for developing their career in document control.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working with project teams to drive new approaches for managing asset systems and information.
Skilled in handling project documents and drawings with precision, you're highly proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Estimated Salary Range$89,558 - $110,146 per annum plus superannuation benefits.
