Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead our product management efforts and drive strategic initiatives for enhancing donor and supporter engagement.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that involves managing the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices.
  • Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce system capabilities to enhance donor/supporter relationships.
  • Drive user adoption by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Proven experience in agile project management methodologies and a proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects from inception to launch are essential.

A strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, are required for this role. The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
