Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage staff and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor sales and inventory, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pub or hospitality management role.
- Proven track record of success in staff management and customer service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
