Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Assistant General Manager to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pub, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Oversee all aspects of pub operations, including front and back of house
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Implement and maintain high standards of drink quality, food safety, and health and safety
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Monitor and control costs, including wages and inventory
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
