Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pub, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
About the Role- Manage and coordinate all pub operations, including front and back of house, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Monitor and control costs, inventory, and stock levels to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve business objectives, goals, and targets.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and strategies.
