Assistant to the General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant to the General Manager to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Proven experience as an Assistant to the General Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A competitive salary of £34,000 with OTE of £40,000 +.
