Job Title: Assistant General Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of our hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in the management of pub operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and budgets.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub background.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of pub operations and management principles.
