About the Role:

Talent Finder is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our pubs in the New Forest area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pub's staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Oversee the pub's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a pub environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
