We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at a family-run pub group in the New Forest. The ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub setting.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take pride in their work, knowing that our company has a reputation for excellence in the area. With 9 pubs across the New Forest, we offer a unique and challenging environment for our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and quality
