Role Overview:
As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and support to children and their families in the community. Our ideal candidate will have a supportive management style, up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each child's unique needs
- Foster collaboration and coordination among multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Continuously monitor and assess clients' physical and physiological well-being within your caseload
- Execute nursing interventions, including medication administration and management
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients' families and collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to create personalized care packages

- Competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum DOE

- Flexible working arrangement with 2 days from home and 3 days in the community

Requirements:
- RSCN qualification with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and active NMC registration
- Proven leadership and management skills, particularly in healthcare settings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced community setting
