Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Care Specialist to join our team at GoodOaks Homecare. This role involves providing personalized support and care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Salary: £116 per day

Job Overview:

As a Home Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and medication management. You will also prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and perform light housekeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Monitor health conditions and administer medication as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the care sector (domiciliary carer, care assistant, support worker, healthcare assistant)
  • Caring and compassionate nature
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Pass a background check
