Paediatric Nurse Specialist in Community Care

We are looking for a Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team in the Aylesbury area. This role offers the opportunity to work with a well-established and progressive provider of complex care packages.
About the Role- Provide face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalised care plans
- Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine delivery management
- Build and maintain relationships with clients' families and work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners
- Estimated salary: up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- £3,000 car allowance
- 2 days working from home per week / 3 days in the community
- Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
- 33 days holiday
- Private pension scheme
- Business travel expenses of £0.45 per mile
