Child Health Services Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Paediatric Nurse to join our team in Aylesbury. This challenging role involves managing a team of carers and providing high-quality care to children and their families.
About the Job- This full-time position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Manage a team of carers and provide training and support as needed.
- Ensure high-quality care and support services are provided to clients and their families.
Requirements:
- RSCN with at least 6 months of experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to train and develop staff.
- Experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of leadership and management of HCAs.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.
