In this position, you will deliver high-quality training sessions and consultations, including inductions, health checks, and group/personal coaching.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead members towards achieving their fitness goals and improving overall wellbeing.
  • Manage and grow your client base, driving revenue growth and business development.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new clients, promoting loyalty and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to meet the needs of diverse member groups.

Salary: circa £25,500 per annum (based on 40 hours/week), with potential for increased earnings through successful client acquisition and growth.
