Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to lead our neurodivergence service in Buckinghamshire. This is a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work with a talented team to deliver high-quality care and support to neurodivergent young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the operational lead for the Neurodevelopmental Assessment and ADHD clinic, ensuring seamless delivery of specialist services while maintaining a clinical caseload.
  • Conduct dynamic, holistic, and evidence-based assessments to identify neurodevelopmental needs, driving informed decision-making and improved outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across disciplines.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Mental Health or equivalent qualification (e.g., Nurse, OT, SaLT, SW) with maintenance of professional registration
  • Post-qualification experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating expertise in working with neurodivergent young people and families
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and commitment to staying up-to-date with best practices
