Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on the role of Project Lead for Homeowner Services. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead projects and initiatives that enhance the services and experiences of our homeowners.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of homeownership services, including leasehold management, shared ownership, and compliance with Section 20 regulations. They will be responsible for working closely with other teams, external partners, and customers to shape our service offering and support improvements in customer satisfaction.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role requires strong leadership skills, collaboration across teams, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and represent Paradigm on key projects that impact Homeownership customers.
  • Provide expertise on new model leases and ensure processes align with the latest requirements.
  • Oversee the Section 20 process, ensuring compliance and effective cost recovery.
  • Manage and improve communication with homeowners through various channels.
  • Offer advice and support to colleagues, helping develop the Homeownership Team's knowledge.
