About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Health Visiting Service Manager to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our service, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of health visiting services across the county.

As a Health Visiting Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and coordinating the delivery of health visiting services across the county

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients

• Leading and motivating a team of health visitors, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives

• Managing budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of services

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands. A commitment to evidence-based practice and a keen eye for detail are essential for this role.

Requirements

• Registered SCPHN (Health Visiting) with current NMC registration

• Strong leadership skills, with experience of managing and coordinating teams

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients

• Commitment to evidence-based practice, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality care
