We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Nurse Manager for Paediatric Services to join our team at Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd.
">About the Job:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalised care plans, and training and supporting clinical staff with their skills and activities.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Designing and delivering tailored care plans for each child.">
- Ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs.">
- Providing nursing interventions, including medicine management.">
- Working closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish bespoke packages of care.">
What We Offer:

- A competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).">
- 2 days working from home per week / 3 days in the community.">
- Monday to Friday (9-5) hours.">
- 33 days holiday.">
