Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Classroom Mentor to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome in a specialist setting.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support and instruction to students, working closely with the SENCo and class teachers to ensure students meet their academic and personal goals. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing individualized support and instruction to students
  • Collaborating with the SENCo and class teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Monitoring student progress and making adjustments to support as needed

Key Details:
* Salary: £80-£95 per day (approximate)
* Location: Newbury area
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
* Immediate start date available
