About the Role:
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an aspiring psychologist to gain valuable experience in a Primary School setting. As an Education Support Professional, you will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to identify and address learning obstacles. Your role will involve developing strategies to overcome challenges, applying psychological theories, and promoting inclusivity in the classroom.

Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in creating lesson plans and delivering engaging educational content* Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective strategies for supporting students with special educational needs* Conduct observations and assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness* Work with students, parents, and teachers to set and achieve academic goals* Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and community members

Requirements:
* A strong interest in psychology and education* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a team environment* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Experience working with students with Autism and challenging behavior* Team teach training or similar* Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE's in Maths and English - C or above)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
