We are currently recruiting for Relief Support Workers to join our team in Newbury. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them to develop their skills and abilities, and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and meeting the individual needs of service users
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you grow your career.
