Salary and Benefits

As a Care Assistant with Care Outlook, you can expect a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, enhanced pay on Bank Holidays, and a refer-a-friend scheme that rewards you with £300.

About the Role

As a Healthcare Support Worker with Care Outlook, you will be responsible for providing personal care, building relationships, and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

  • Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks.
  • Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting people in their own homes, and requiring flexibility and patience to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements and Shifts

To be successful in this role, you should possess caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate qualities, with some flexibility to work every other weekend.
