We are seeking a skilled Compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Hd6. As a key member of our care staff, you will provide support to elderly and vulnerable adults in various settings across West Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, personal care, and travel escorts
  • Teach independent life skills and assist with accessing community-based activities

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure the highest level of care is provided. In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, free training, regular support and supervisions, and support for Health and Social Care Qualifications such as NVQ / QCF.
