Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing clinical, social, and emotional care to our residents. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure the highest standard of care is provided at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to delivering person-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
