Role Overview
The Residential Support Worker role at Completely Care is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals. We are seeking dedicated Care/Support Workers to join our team in Berkshire, supporting profoundly deaf children during term time.
About the Role
This permanent position involves working 8-hour shifts in residential houses, fostering positive relationships with young residents, and contributing to their safe, secure, and stimulating environment. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be an integral part of our compassionate community, supporting the diverse needs of our students.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate positive relationships with young individuals, even in challenging circumstances.
- Collaborate with the team to create a safe, secure, and stimulating environment.
- Support the learning and development of students, preparing them for the next stages of their lives.
- Share the responsibility of safeguarding, nurturing, and educating pupils.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for supporting young people. You should also have the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and flexibility to work shifts, including day shifts, night shifts, and sleep-ins.
Benefits
