We are seeking a caring and compassionate Personal Support Assistant to join our team in Newbury and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care, ensuring our clients receive the support and companionship they deserve.

• Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing
• Managing medications and administering prescribed treatments
• Cooking or preparing hot meals to meet individual dietary needs

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business use insurance)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
• A DBS check (we'll provide guidance on the process)

The salary for this role is estimated at £10.40-£11.90 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Personal Support Assistant, you can expect to work approximately 20-30 hours per week, with regular breaks and time off.
