Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, including clinical, social, and emotional support.
  2. Work closely with the nursing team to monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns.
  3. Participate in resident assessments, contributing to the development of care plans that meet individual needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
