Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Care Leader to lead our team and deliver high-quality care services. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will supervise your shift, create and implement effective care plans, administer medication accurately, and conduct thorough risk assessments.

The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership skills, experience in supervising others, and a good understanding of care planning processes. They should also be well-organised, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate tasks effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in the lives of others.

**Salary:** £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role
  • Lead your shift and supervise your team
  • Create and deliver effective care plans by liaising with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Administer and record medication accurately
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure resident safety
  • Work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop high-quality services

About You
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable
  • Be well-organised, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate tasks effectively
  • Demonstrate proven leadership skills and experience in supervising others
  • Have a good understanding of care planning processes
  • Be experienced in or willing to train on administering medication
