Care UK Senior Care Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Lead to join our team at Care UK. As a Senior Care Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents while leading your team to achieve outstanding results.
About the RoleAs a Senior Care Lead, you will be expected to lead by example and provide guidance and support to your team members. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering effective care plans that meet the needs of our residents.
- Estimated salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable
- Proven leadership skills and experience in supervising others
- Able to allocate and delegate tasks effectively
- Familiarity with care planning processes
- Experienced in administering medication or willing to train
