We are seeking an experienced and caring Care Team Leader to join our team at Winchcombe Place care home in Newbury. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents, and liaising with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered.

About the Role

You will also be responsible for administering and recording medication, carrying out risk assessments, and working closely with the leadership team to develop services. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
