About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting our residents to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and support
- Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with meal times, including serving and feeding
- Help residents to maintain their independence by encouraging them to participate in activities and hobbies
