The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to delivering person-centered care.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Working collaboratively with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • $28,500 - $31,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
