Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Newbury.

About the Role: As a Support Worker with Dimensions, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centred care, promoting the independence and well-being of our service users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support with personal care, medication, budgeting, and domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Encourage active lifestyle through exercising and healthy meal choices/cooking.
  • Support people with their day-to-day travel arrangements and health appointments, various activities.
  • Taking time to listen and provide emotional support while enjoying a cup of tea.

Requirements:

  • A full UK or EU driving license is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts, including sleep-ins.
  • No lone working.
