Job Overview

Mary Hare is seeking a highly motivated and caring Residential Childcare Worker to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working with young people and are passionate about providing high-quality care and support.

The successful candidate will work within a 'OFSTED Rated Outstanding' Residential Childcare Team, providing 24/7 care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible, enthusiastic, and able to provide a nurturing environment for the young people in our care.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,660.83 p.a. to £28,469.80 p.a. (full time equivalent of £29,093 to £31,067) and a range of benefits including a sleeping in allowance and holidays.

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work as part of a team, and be willing to undergo training and development opportunities.

  • Term Time Role:37 weeks (secondary school) or 38 week (primary school)
  • Sleeping In Allowance: £40.76 per sleep-in
