Childcare Support Worker

Mary Hare is a leading provider of education and care services for deaf and hard of hearing children and young people. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and education that enables our students to reach their full potential.
We are currently seeking a Residential Childcare Worker to join our team and play a key role in supporting our students in a residential setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24/7 care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
The role requires flexibility, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. In return, we offer a competitive salary, a range of benefits, and the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team.
We estimate the salary for this role to be in the range of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
