Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join one of our wonderful SEN schools. As an Unqualified Teacher's Assistant, you will be working closely with the children to provide social, emotional, and physical support.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work with SEN children and make a real difference in their lives. You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with special needs, including those with autism, ADHD or other learning disabilities
  • Fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly in a school or childcare setting, and be able to effectively educate and engage students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
