Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role: ASTRIX PERSONNEL LIMITED seeks a highly motivated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing emotional and behavioral support to students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support students in managing their emotions and behaviors.
  2. Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement IEPs.
  3. Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

Compensation Package: £95-£125 Per Day - Depending on Experience
