We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Assistant to join our school community.

  2. Work closely with teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring that each student receives the support they need.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  3. A patient and empathetic approach, with a commitment to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £22,344 - £31,272 per annum, based on 39 weeks working per year. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional development and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
