Job Title: SEN Teaching Support Specialist

About the Role:

  1. Provide support to children with special educational needs in their learning and development.
  2. Collaborate with teachers to create a positive learning environment and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  3. Offer emotional and behavioral support to students, promoting their well-being and academic progress.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  3. Patience and empathy towards children, with a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Working Hours and Salary:

The successful candidate will work from 9am till 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is estimated at £22,344 - £31,272 per annum, based on 39 weeks working per year.
